All our products are shipped with DHL express worldwide. (note : DHL does not deliver to po boxes). Some countries might be subject to pay taxes upon delivery (France, Nigeria, Russia, South Africa, United Kingdom). For all orders, tracking will be provided. The processing time is shown for every product description. After that, delivery can be expected within 3-7 working days following an email confirmation for your order ; CANNY will notify you by way of email when your goods are to be dispatched to you. The tracking provided by DHL will contain details of estimated delivery times in addition to any reasons for a delay in the delivery of the goods purchased by you. If CANNY receives no communication from you, within 14 days of delivery, regarding any problems with the goods, you are deemed to have received the goods in full working order and with no problems. If goods haven’t been received within 14 working days, please notify us as soon as possible.
